About the job:
  • Managing all the recruitment process from sourcing to final placement of 
  • Assisting in developing and implementing the organizations' policies and procedures
  • Contributing to the development of HR strategies and plans and support their implementation.
  • Assisting in developing and communicating the Employee Handbook
  • Dealing with Social insurance and Labor Offices issues.
  • Auditing (Employee, social insurance and labor office) files, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Responsible for all personnel activities.
  • Implementing an effective Performance Appraisal system.
  • Handling all processing associated with employee benefits.
  • Responsible for the systematic updated Employees Database.
  • Assisting in all other required HR activities.
Job Requirements
  • University degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the HR field.
  • HR Diploma is more preferable.
  • Excellent user of MS office.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Very good Problem solving and Communication skills
